Winter 2013
For as long as I can remember Tory and I have dreamed of someday seeing the Northern Lights together. This past February we met up with Mats, our good friend and local Swedeball, and finally made it happen.
The journey started in Ystad & Kåseberga, about as far south as you can be in the country. We then flew well into the Arctic Circle to the city of Kiruna - sledded around Jukkasjärvi and the Torne River Valley - eventually continuing by train all the way up to the northern tip in Abisko. This video is sort of a splatter painting of our experience together.
